	Pedro Megías González. Law Degree by Deusto University (Bilbao) in 1970 (Lawyer). Since 1971 he is working as an independent lawyer and Barrister. He has represented some of the most important companies in Spain such as banks, insurances companies. He is the regional Lawyer for Heineken Spain. He collaborates with the department of “derecho procesal” of the University of Málaga and he is one of the experts appointed by the Mercantile Court in Málaga to help in companies liquidations. He is also the Honorius Consulate of Sweden in Málaga.

	Pedro Megías Torres. Law Degree by the University of Málaga in 1994(Lawyer). Since the beginning of his career, he felt more interested on International and companies Law. Apart from innumerous court cases, he has represented some very important investors in Spain developing important projects in Andalucía, Madrid and Balearic Islands. He is English and French fluent speaking and one of the expert lawyers who normally collaborate with the Mercantil Court in Málaga.

	Manuel Megías Torres. Law Degree by the Complutense University of Madrid in 2006. He is actually taking part of the courses of legal practice by the Chamber of Lawyer of Málaga. He is also fluent english speaking.

	Juan Martín Fernández. Degree in Economics by the University of Málaga in 1970. From the beginning, he started to work in the Finantial sector and he had important roles in some Spanish banks in Andalucia and the Canary Islands. In 2002 he left Solbank to joint Bufete Megías Abogados to lead the accountancy department. He is one of the expert appointed by the Mercantile Court in Málaga to help in companies liquidations.
